We often forget there are many green places in Paris and sometimes unusual places. As you have often seen here, I love the "Promenade plantée" (old railway line closed at the end of 60s). But I'm used to walk in half part, leading up to Bastille (Viaduc des Arts). For once, we went the other way to discover tunnels and sliced green through the city to finish at "Porte Dorée" and then to lake of Saint Mande, quite charming. Accessible to pedestrians and bicycles, it's a very nice ride.
Along the way, we did those pictures of the skirt. It is light cotton, khaki brown, cut on the bias (which was not the best idea) with a slight wrinkled and some small creases sewn to make a little animation. No real pattern, just cut and sewn, quick did!
